AI for Executives Training
AI for Executives Training
Overview
Leaders move from AI awareness to a concrete, governed direction for their organisation. They identify where AI can and cannot contribute, select strategic capabilities and use cases, test organisational readiness, and agree accountable next steps.
Who should attend
- Roles: Executive-committee members, C-suite leaders, business-unit heads and senior leaders responsible for strategy, governance or transformation.
- Prerequisites: None. Participants bring knowledge of their organisation, market, department and current KPIs.
- Platform access: Microsoft 365 Copilot with a company account for Microsoft 365 variants; an approved AIM enterprise environment for the AIM variant.
- Delivery context: Facilitated executive workshop. The 120-minute form establishes direction and concrete next actions; the 180-minute form adds deeper governance and operating-model work.
What you will learn
- distinguish AI models, applications and agents, and explain why human review and quality gates remain executive responsibilities;
- define AI-free zones and weigh the risks, benefits and governance questions that require an executive decision;
- identify AI capabilities and candidate use cases relevant to their company or department;
- assess readiness in sources of truth, collective memory, hybrid human–AI processes and performance measurement;
- identify KPIs that AI could improve, distort or negatively affect, then agree a responsible next action;
- for the AIM Chinese variant, apply prompt variables and a controlled prompt chain to explore a new business-model opportunity.
