AI for Project Management Training
AI for Project Management Training
Overview
Participants turn a project scenario into reviewed stakeholder, risk, project-health, change-response, launch-readiness and postmortem artefacts. They learn to use AI for structured first drafts while retaining accountable human decision-making, factual validation and safe-data handling.
Who should attend
- Roles: Project managers, PMO staff, workstream leads, delivery managers and project sponsors.
- Prerequisites: AI Fundamentals or equivalent practical knowledge of ERCFC, variables, prompt chains and safe AI use.
- Platform access: AIM on the approved enterprise tenant, with the approved text model and published prompt library.
- Language and duration: EN, 3-hour in-person workshop.

- Decompose a change request, compare neutral scenarios, and prepare clear team and stakeholder communication.
- Create a final-sprint triage process, Go-Live readiness artefacts and a psychologically safe postmortem workflow.
