AI Legal Training
AI Legal Training
Overview
Participants leave with reviewed legal-work drafts and a repeatable process for using AI as structured support under professional judgement.
Who should attend
AI Legal is for in-house lawyers, legal counsel, contract managers and other legal professionals who draft, review, research or explain legal matters. Participants should have completed AI Mastery or demonstrate equivalent skill in E-RCFC, variables, prompt chains, model selection and safe AI use.
Participants practise four connected legal workflows in AIM: controlled contract drafting, contract review and negotiation, client communication, and legal research. They leave with reviewed draft outputs and a repeatable process for using AI as structured support—not as legal advice, legal authority or a replacement for professional judgement.
Only public, synthetic or delivery-approved material may be used. Legal professionals verify facts, clauses, current law, citations, jurisdictional applicability, risk framing and final client communication before relying on any output.
What you will learn
- Configure the appropriate AIM model and conversation state for a legal task.
- Create and review a contract key-elements list, outline and selected clause.
- Review a received contract, identify issues for negotiation and produce a reviewed rationale.
- Analyse a client question, select an explanation pattern and draft a plain-language response.
- Extract legal-research variables, frame research questions, verify sources and apply verified authorities to facts using IRAC.
- Record one safe next action with its professional quality gate and data boundary.
